About The Journal
Malaysian Management Journal (MMJ) is a refereed journal published by Universiti Utara Malaysia once a year. Its main objective is to provide a channel for the publication of articles based on empirical research, original thoughts, comparative studies and commentaries in management, economics, information technology, accounting, tourism and hospitality, marketing and other areas related to the subject of management. To encourage more exchange of ideas we also welcome shorter discursive contributions such as rejoinders, critiques, book reviews and conference reports so long as there is some space given to critical reflections on particular subjects of interest in the wider field of management.
This journal will benefit not only academicians and graduate students in management programs, but also managers and practitioners in other areas relevant to management.
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
